Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment on a 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The role includes documenting work in CMMS, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting building projects.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 3+ years on conveyors, automation, or robotics. Experience with CMMS, safety procedures, and basic Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience with conveyors, automation, or robotics repair and maintenance preferred.
• Experience using a CMMS and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues; escalate to leadership as needed.
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain accurate logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC, and facility systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis of major downtime events and implement corrective actions.
• Assist other maintenance staff; participate in two-person tasks when required.
• Complete facility/project tasks (lighting, doors, carpentry, plumbing) and verify operation of equipment.
