Job summary

Fulfil is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team. You will be responsible for automation equipment availability, spares management, and supporting high-volume manufacturing processes.

You will collaborate with mechanical, software, and operations teams to maintain equipment, drive reliability, and uphold safety standards. This role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Four years or more of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Mechatronics-Electrical and/or Controls Automation in a high-volume environment is desirable.
• Strong preventive maintenance development experience and Lean Manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines are important.
• Proficiency with CMMS and basic office software is valued.
• Ability to troubleshoot using mechanical and electrical schematics/diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Resolve unplanned down events and drive recoveries with high reliability.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs for optimum performance.
• Support equipment upgrade timelines with engineers and operations.
• Keep SOPs and engineering docs current and compliant for quality.
• Provide shift-to-shift communication summaries to align goals.
• Manage spares inventory and maintain accuracy.
• Document maintenance activities and modifications.
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Contribute to a positive culture and robust engineering workflows.
