International Motors is hiring a Robotic Weld Engineer - Night Shift in San Antonio, TX. You will optimize robotic weld cells, support FANUC systems, and drive improvements across advanced manufacturing operations.

As the primary Weld Engineering resource on night shift, you’ll troubleshoot automation and welding challenges, minimize downtime, and implement lasting solutions that improve safety, quality, and operational performance. Shift is Monday–Thursday 5:30 PM–4:00 AM with 10% differential.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with manual and robotic welding in production/fabrication.
• Experience diagnosing weld defects and leading containment and repair actions.
• Experience with destructive testing, weld-quality validation, and process data to identify failure modes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the second-shift welding technical expert, resolving robotic and manual welding issues on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot robotic weld cells, weld schedules, process parameters, fit-up, and equipment issues.
• Lead weld repair and containment when defects threaten production and drive permanent corrective actions.
