Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Roadway / Utility Superintendent for heavy night work in the Winston-Salem, NC area. You will manage night crews on highway, roadway and underground utility projects, coordinating schedules and resources across NCDOT-related work.

The role requires 5+ years in heavy civil roadway/underground utility at superintendent or senior foreman level, with proven night work on DOT projects and strong plans-reading abilities.

Formación

• 5+ years of heavy civil roadway and/or underground utility experience at the superintendent or senior foreman level.
• Proven night work experience on DOT roadway or utility projects.
• Able to read plans and specs and keep accurate quantities.
• Solid understanding of work zone traffic control.
• Ready to work a heavy night schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Run night shift field operations on roadway and utility projects.
• Lead roadway, grading and underground utility crews and their foremen.
• Plan the work and shift the project schedule day-to-day.
• Own jobsite safety, toolbox talks and OSHA compliance on every shift.
• Set up and manage traffic control and lane closures within night work windows.
• Coordinate with NCDOT inspectors and project engineers.
• Track installed quantities and daily production.
• Complete daily reports and field documentation.
• Coordinate handoffs with the project manager and day side of the job.
