Clear Concepts, Inc. in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Roadway / Utility Superintendent for night shifts on heavy civil and NCDOT projects. You will lead roadway, grading and underground utility crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and schedule adherence on every shift.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of heavy civil field leadership, DOT night work experience, a clean driver’s license, and familiarity with plans, specs, and traffic control. Relocation to the Triad area is welcome.

Formación

• 5+ years of heavy civil roadway and/or underground utility experience at the superintendent or senior foreman level.
• Proven night work experience on DOT roadway or utility projects.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and keep accurate quantities.
• Strong focus on work zone traffic control and safety.
• Ready to work a heavy night schedule.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• NCDOT project experience is a plus.
• OSHA 30 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Run night shift field operations on roadway and utility projects.
• Lead roadway, grading and underground utility crews and their foremen.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, equipment and material deliveries; plan the work and shift the schedule.
• Own jobsite safety, toolbox talks and OSHA compliance on every shift.
• Set up and manage traffic control and lane closures within night work windows.
• Work directly with NCDOT inspectors and project engineers.
• Track installed quantities and daily production.
• Complete daily reports, crew time and field documentation.
• Coordinate handoffs with the project manager and day side of the job.
