Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Roadway / Utility Superintendent for heavy night work in the Winston-Salem area. You will run night shift crews on highway, roadway and underground utility projects with strong NCDOT exposure.

Relocation to the Triad area is welcome for the right candidate. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in heavy civil roadway or utility supervision, proven night work on DOT projects, and the ability to read plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil roadway and/or underground utility experience at superintendent or senior foreman level.
• Proven night work experience on DOT roadway or utility projects.
• Ability to read plans and specs and maintain accurate quantities.
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
• Experience with NCDOT projects is a plus.
• Based in the Triad or willing to relocate to Winston-Salem area.

Responsabilités

• Run night shift field operations on roadway and utility projects.
• Lead roadway, grading and underground utility crews and their foremen.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, equipment and material deliveries; plan the work and shift the schedule.
• Own jobsite safety, toolbox talks and OSHA compliance on every shift.
• Set up and manage traffic control and lane closures within night work windows.
• Work directly with NCDOT inspectors and project engineers.
• Track installed quantities and daily production.
• Complete daily reports, crew time and field documentation.
• Coordinate handoffs with the project manager and day side of the job.
