Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per regimen and policies.
• Conduct assessments and plan/implement care with physician orders.
• Document care, diagnoses and priorities for documentation.
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and coordinate referrals.
• Respond to medical emergencies and perform CPR/BLS as required.
• Supervise and orient new staff and students on unit.
