Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a professional Registered Nurse to join the Night shift on a PRN basis. You will provide professional nursing care within your unit, following the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, documenting findings, coordinating with the care team, and supporting discharge planning and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school/program – Required.
• RN licensure (TN) – Upon Hire.
• CPR – Upon Hire.
• Basic Life Support – Upon Hire. Minimum 1 year recent RN experience – Required.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care according to medical regime and procedures.
• Performs patient assessments and updates care plans.
• Documents nursing observations and patient responses.
• Maintains patient safety and infection control standards.
• Coordinates with physicians and care team for discharge planning.
• Delivers patient teaching and family education.
