Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program; RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) required upon hire.
• Experience in inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to medical regimens and established standards.
• Initiate assessments and plan care based on patient needs and physician diagnoses.
• Document assessments, diagnoses and patient responses; ensure charting accuracy.
• Coordinate patient referrals and provide patient education.
• Respond to emergencies; assist with CPR/BLS as required.
