Job summary

Centerville Post Acute in Centerville, OH is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You will oversee clinical operations, provide direct patient care per physician orders, administer medications, and lead nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, strong clinical assessment, and leadership abilities, with prior long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LVNs/LPNs on shift.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
