Job summary

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Pennsylvania is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health through collaboration with clinicians and care staff. The role focuses on physical and psychosocial support across a resident-centered plan of care.

You will work 11pm–7:30am in Skilled Nursing, with rotating weekend coverage. Requires 6 months RN experience, active state license, CPR, and EMR familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months RN experience required.
• Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Active RN license in the practicing state; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and psych-social support to residents and families.
• Perform clinical duties in line with nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and teaching families.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to status changes for comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team for routine nursing care and treatments.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications as ordered.
• Develop holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Document care in the resident's EMR accurately and timely.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
