Job summary

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote health and wellbeing of residents in our Skilled Nursing unit. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide physical and psychosocial support, with a focus on resident-first care.

Shift is 11pm–7:30am, with rotating weekend coverage. Requirements include an active RN license in the state, CPR certification, and at least 6 months of RN experience, preferably with seniors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Active RN license in the practicing state is required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, providing holistic care.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions and self-care.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team to administer routine nursing care and treatments.
• Maintain infection prevention and medication administration per orders.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
