Job summary

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, PA, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for overnight shifts. The RN will support residents’ health and wellbeing by collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and care staff.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 6 months of RN experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience in caring for seniors or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Must have an active RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, focusing on holistic care.
• Perform clinical duties in line with nursing standards and scope of practice.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and teaching residents/families.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and respond to ensure comfort and safety.
• Coordinate routine nursing care with care associates.
• Maintain infection prevention and medication administration per orders.
• Develop and coordinate a holistic care plan with the team.
• Document resident care in the EMR.
