Job summary

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents' health and well-being. You will collaborate with providers and care teams to deliver physical and psychosocial support, and you will work the 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM shift in Skilled Nursing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as an RN.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties per nursing standards and state act.
• Promote resident independence by teaching care goals and self-care skills.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Administer medications and maintain infection prevention practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan holistic care.
