Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Pennsylvania is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain resident health by collaborating with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates. The RN’s primary role is to provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and families. Compensation up to $49/hr plus differential.

Schedule 11p-7:30a in Skilled Nursing. Week 1: Sun/T/W/Th/F; Week 2: Mon/T/W/Th/Sat.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Experience with an EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards of practice.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and educating residents/families.
• Monitor clinical status and changes, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to perform routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with the team.
• Honor resident preferences in the EMR.
• Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and timely.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
