Job summary

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Pennsylvania is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support residents’ health and wellbeing. Collaborate with providers and an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care, promote independence, and ensure safety.

Eligible candidates hold an active RN license and CPR certification, with at least six months of RN experience. The role involves clinical duties, documentation in EMR, and ongoing patient education, within a supportive, value‑driven

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and web applications.
• Experience with an electronic medical record preferred.
• Active RN license in the state where you practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in line with state nurse practice acts and standards.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions, medications and self-care.
• Monitor residents for changes in status and act to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to deliver routine nursing care as needed.
• Maintain infection control, administer medications, and perform treatments per orders.
• Develop and coordinate holistic care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Support resident preferences and routines in the EMR.
• Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and timely.
• Participate in care conferences with Clinical Manager.
