Job summary

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Pennsylvania is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents' health through collaboration with providers and the care team. The RN delivers physical and psychosocial support, focusing on resident-centered care and family engagement.

The role offers up to $49/hr with differentials, a 3 PM–11:30 PM schedule (40 hours/week), and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, onsite health centers, and

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience in caring for seniors or senior with cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, internet and web applications.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.
• Active RN license in the practicing state is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with residents and families with a consistent caregiver approach.
• Performing clinical duties in line with the state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promoting independence by establishing care goals and teaching residents and families.
• Monitoring resident conditions and acting on changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Working with care associates to perform routine nursing care.
• Maintaining infection prevention, administering medications and treatments per orders.
• Coordinating a holistic plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supporting residents' preferences and documenting in the EMR.
• Ensuring documentation is current and timely.
• Participating in care conferences as requested by the Clinical Manager.
