Job summary

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents' health. You will collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care that places the resident first.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 6 months of nursing experience. Compensation is up to $49/hour with differential, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
Active RN license in the practicing state.
CPR certification required.
Basic computer skills including MS Office and web applications.
Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
Perform clinical duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act and standards.
Promote resident independence by teaching care goals to residents and families.
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
Collaborate with care associates to provide routine nursing care.
Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications.
Coordinate holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
Document care in the EMR and ensure timeliness and accuracy.
Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager
