Job summary

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health by collaborating with providers and the interdisciplinary team. The RN will provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience caring for seniors or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, providing physical and psychosocial support.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards of care.
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and teaching residents/family members.
• Monitor resident status and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to perform routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications per orders.
• Develop and coordinate holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care in the resident's EMR and ensure accuracy.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
