Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing
• Completion of RN Residency or transition-to-practice program preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice to deliver individualized patient care.
• Provide patient and family-centered care while engaging caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration within the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, high-quality patient care.
• Support professional development and mentorship to other nurses and staff.
