Job summary

Kindred Hospital Arlington is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process. You will develop care plans, communicate changes with physicians and staff, and participate in discharge planning.

The role requires adherence to hospital policies, efficient task delegation, documentation, patient education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice (Required)
• BLS certification (Required upon hire)
• ACLS certification (Preferred upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation).
• Develop and update individualized nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate changes in patient conditions with physicians, supervisors, and co-workers; participate in discharge planning.
