Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process.
• Develops and updates patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicates changes in patient condition to physicians and nursing staff.
• Participates in discharge planning.
• Takes or delegates actions based on patient needs and scope of practice.
• Ensures accurate documentation in the patient record.
