Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT. The RN will assess and plan patient care, collaborate with the health team, and ensure high-quality outcomes on a night shift.

Responsibilities include supervising LPNs/CNAs, documenting care, and adhering to hospital guidelines. A BSN must be completed within four years if starting from ASN/ADN, with an AHA BLS-HCP certification on hire.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN holders must enroll for BSN within four years of hire unless they have 15+ years of RN experience in acute care.
• Current RN license in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' physical and psychological needs.
• Foster quality of care with patients' and families' best interests in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs/CNAs and participate in clinical team conferences.
