Job summary

Intermountain Health’s St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift coverage. The RN will assess and plan care, implement interventions and evaluate outcomes while coordinating with the care team.

Responsibilities include leading LPNs/CNAs, following policies, and contributing to patient-centered care. A BSN within four years is required if starting with an ASN/ADN, and BLS-HCP is required on hire.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN must complete a BSN within four years from hire unless 15+ years RN experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice is required.
• Current BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days; ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patient psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with patients' best interests in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and families.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs; participate in clinical team conferences.
