Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN license.

Responsibilities

• Verifies daily staffing and redistributes as needed.
• Collaborates with charge nurses on resident care and conditions.
• Conducts rounds to assess resident status, especially for critical cases.
• Ensures care plans are followed and medication passes occur correctly.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and safety reviews.
• Trains nursing staff and responds to emergencies during shifts.
