Job summary

Alameda Center is seeking an experienced and clinical-minded RN Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team on the 11pm to 7am shift. You will coordinate total resident care and provide professional supervision across all nursing units, ensuring high quality care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, active RN license, prior long-term care experience, and proven supervisory ability.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in a long-term care setting is required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare environment is required.
• Annual verification of a negative TB test is required.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight: conduct rounds to assess resident conditions and ensure care plans are followed.
• Staff Coordination: verify staffing levels, redistribute as needed, and reinforce training/desensitization for staff.
