Job summary

Fundamental is seeking an Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care on a 11pm-7am shift. You will supervise licensed nurses and CNAs, ensure compliance with practice acts and guidelines, and maintain data collection and reporting for patient care decisions.

The role requires a valid RN license, 1+ year supervisory experience, CPR certification, and the ability to respond to emergencies. Excellent teamwork and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing.
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
