Complete Care Management is seeking an RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse) to manage care for residents in a 11pm-7am shift with full-time status, plus weekend coverage during 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm. The role includes overseeing staff, coordinating care plans, and ensuring safety and compliance in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities cover care planning, supervision, resident-family liaison, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Rhode Island is required.
• Prior long-term care experience is required.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.
• Excels in leadership and clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Assist to implement and revise care plans; monitor health conditions and respond to changes.
• Oversee staff; schedule coverage; evaluate staff performance; lead and educate.
