Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Nursery, ISCU, Pediatrics, Labor and Delivery Resource Team on the Night Shift. Location involves Evanston and Highland Park Hospitals.

Per Diem with night hours, including weekends and holidays per level agreement, offers hourly pay and growth opportunities. The role requires IL RN licensure, NLN-accredited nursing education, BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications, and a minimum of two years in acute care settings such as Nursery, Pediatrics,

Qualifications

Current IL nursing licensure required.
NLN-accredited nursing program graduate; BSN preferred.
BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP for Healthcare Provider required.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective nursing care for labor, delivery and postpartum patients.
Apply nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate care.
Guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure outcomes and continuity of care.
Support safety and high-quality patient experiences.
