Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Nursery, ISCU, Pediatrics, Labor and Delivery Resource Team on the Night Shift. The position includes per diem commitments at Evanston and Highland Park Hospitals in Illinois, with night hours and weekend/holiday requirements per level agreement.

The role requires current IL nursing licensure, NLN-accredited nursing education, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license required.
• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care for labor and delivery and postpartum patients.
• Use nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Supervise assigned unlicensed personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
