Job summary

Endeavor Health's Nursery, ISCU, Pediatrics, Labor and Delivery Resource Team welcomes a Registered Nurse for night shift, serving Evanston and Highland Park Hospitals. You will provide safe, compassionate care to labor and delivery and postpartum patients, using the nursing process to plan and evaluate care.

Requires IL nursing license, NLN-accredited program graduate with BSN preferred, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.
• Graduate of NLN accredited nursing program.
• Certification: BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP for Healthcare Provider required.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care for labor and delivery and postpartum patients.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Guide and direct unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
• Promote safety and high quality patient experience.
