Endeavor Health in Illinois is seeking a Registered Nurse for Nursery, ISCU, Pediatrics, Labor and Delivery on the Night Shift. Location: Evanston and Highland Park Hospitals.

Per Diem; night hours 2300-0730 and 1900-0730 with weekend/holiday requirements per level agreement. You will provide safe, effective nursing care, use the nursing process, mentor unlicensed staff, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and experience.

Qualifications

• Licensure: IL RN required.
• Education: NLN-accredited nursing program.
• BSN strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care for labor, delivery and postpartum patients.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.

Formation

Current IL Nursing Licensure (RN)

NLN-accredited nursing program
