Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Postpartum Night Shift at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. This full-time role is 36 hours per week with 1900-0730 hours and weekend rotations.

Float opportunities include ISCU, Antepartum at Evaston or LDRP at Highland Park Hospital. You will deliver safe, compassionate care and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.

Qualifikationen

• Active IL RN license
• BSN preferred or equivalent qualification
• BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association

Aufgaben

• Develops and implements plan of care to meet patient outcomes
• Evaluates patient progress and revises care plans as needed
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and documents findings
• Communicates care plans with patient, family, and health team
• Provides patient education and supports cultural needs
• Assists in injection of contrast, venipuncture, medications, and IV management
• Participates in performance improvement activities and nursing research
