Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with best interests of patients and families.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with the care team.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs.
• Follow hospital and regulatory guidelines and procedures.
