Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse on the medical floor for a full-time night shift. The RN will assess and plan patient care, oversee LPNs/CNAs, and participate in clinical conferences while following hospital and regulatory guidelines.

Required BSN within 4 years (or 15 years acute care), Montana RN license, and BLS certification; national certification preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for eligible candidates. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• BSN within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current Montana RN license.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• National certification in area of practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs/CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
