Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments accurately and promptly.
• Provides patient and family education tailored to needs.
• Documents patient status and nursing interventions.
• Initiates emergency resuscitation per ACLS protocols.
• Maintains confidentiality and delivers culturally competent care.
• Communicates patient condition during shift changes.
