Tidelands Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med/Surg unit to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. You will assess patients, perform treatments, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the health care team to restore health and well‑being.

The role requires an active SC RN license and appropriate certifications, with commitment to patient-centered care. You will work in a dynamic team, document care activities, educate patients and families,

Competenze

• ADN/BSN/MSN degrees relevant to nursing.
• Licenses and certifications: SC RN license; ACLS preferred; BLS required within 30 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Conducts individualized patient assessments and prioritizes data collection.
• Performs treatments and medication administration as ordered.
• Delivers nursing interventions and coordinates care with the care team.
• Documents patient condition and response to care.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and supports diverse patient needs.
• Initiates emergency resuscitation per ACLS guidelines.
