Tidelands Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Staff/Med Surg II team. The RN will manage individualized patient care, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and supervise assigned staff to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires an ADN with licensure in good standing in South Carolina, with BSN or MSN preferred. Candidates must have acute care experience and be proficient with EMR systems. BLS is required within 30 days, ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN required from NLNAC/CCNE-accredited program.
• BSN preferred or higher.
• ACLS preferred; BLS required within 30 days.
• SC Nursing License in good standing required

Responsabilités

• Conducts individualized patient assessments and collaborates with the healthcare team.
• Administers medications and treatments accurately and timely as ordered.
• Performs therapeutic nursing interventions per patient care plans.
• Provides patient and family education tailored to needs.
• Documents patient condition and response to care.
• Initiates emergency resuscitation per ALS protocols when needed.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and respects diversity and autonomy.
• Communicates patient status during shift changes to the team.
