Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized patient assessments and prioritize data collection.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Provide patient and family education tailored to needs and plan of care.
• Document patient condition and responses to interventions in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Respond to emergencies per advanced life support protocols when needed.
