Job summary

Qualifications

• Association's degree in nursing required; BSN/ MSN preferred.
• Experience in an acute care setting is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform individualized patient assessments in collaboration with the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Document patient conditions and responses to interventions.
• Provide patient/family education tailored to needs and plan of care.
• Respond to emergencies per protocols and maintain patient safety.
