AdventHealth in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. The role requires an Associate's in Nursing, BLS/ACLS, and RN license. Salary range is posted; clinical ladder opportunities may lead to salary adjustments based on achievement and advancement criteria.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with clinicians to optimize outcomes in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing is preferred.
• 1+ acute care hospital setting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments addressing physiological, psychological, development, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly revise them.
• Administer medications and treatments safely according to orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information in the medical record.
• Evaluate care plans and adjust to improve outcomes and ensure infection control and safety.
• Provide emotional support and supervise care teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
