Job summary

Qualifications
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills required.
- Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- Ability to work as a team member in a unit.
- Effective verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
- EKG knowledge and life-support requirements may apply.
- English fluency in reading, speaking and writing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and reassess as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor safety.
- Maintain timely documentation in the medical record.
