Qualifications

• RN license required and active.
• Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year acute care experience preferred.
• Fluent English in reading, speaking and writing.
• EKG competency and CPR/BLS/ACLS certifications required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments across physical and psychosocial domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with regular revisions.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions per orders.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care activities and outcomes.
