Job summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans; regularly evaluate and revise plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, educate patients and families to promote understanding.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure safety.
