Job summary

- Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- RN with current license.
- EKG interpretation training recommended.
Responsibilities
- Perform and document initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor responses.
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure safe patient care.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and medications.
- Assist physicians with bedside procedures and tests.
- Monitor lab results and report abnormalities.
- Maintain infection control practices.
- Document care in the medical record.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.
