Qualifications

• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan and deliver treatment.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed and delegate tasks ensuring safety and quality of care.
