Job summary

The Good Samaritan Society in Olathe, KS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process across all care phases.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team, and may involve serving as charge nurse and guiding licensed/unlicensed staff while maintaining standards of care and ethics in a Christian, not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care, resident education and supervise delegates as charge nurse, in accordance with scope and standards of practice.
