Job summary

Good Samaritan Lakota ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team within a Christian not-for-profit environment.

You may serve as charge nurse, delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized resident care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident assessment, education and nursing interventions.
