Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all phases of care. You will collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care, ensuring safety and quality in a Christian, not-for-profit environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, resident education, and potentially serving as charge nurse while delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.

Qualificações

• RN license in the state of practice (unencumbered) and licensure requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment and education, and work with interdisciplinary teams.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed or unlicensed staff within policy and competence.
