Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. This role collaborates with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, resident assessment, education and overseeing nursing interventions. A current RN license and ability to work 12-hour day shifts are required; nurses may serve as charge nurse as

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team including providers.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Ensure safe, quality nursing care within state practice standards.
